JLD型系列液壓閥門測試臺是集機電、液壓、試壓液體介質(zhì)貯存循環(huán)使用于一體，具有功能完善、性能穩(wěn)定、自動化程度高等特點。試壓全過程由液壓傳動，電器控制，對被測閥門施加無任何附加影響試驗結(jié)果的外力，廣泛應(yīng)用于公稱通徑DN50-DN3000mm的法蘭式、對夾式結(jié)構(gòu)，高、中、低壓蝶閥、對夾式止回閥和刀型閥等閥門的密封和強度等各項性能測試。zui高密封實驗壓力10.0MPa，強度16.0MPa。
JLD型液壓蝶閥閥門測試臺，采用以被試閥門法蘭端面做定位密封，由液壓油缸往復(fù)驅(qū)動工作被試工件進行壓緊。為了盡量減少外力的影響，壓緊油缸輸出壓力在（3.0-30.0MPa）壓力等級隨意控制增壓調(diào)節(jié)選擇，使被試閥門在不同通徑和不同壓力下進行閥門試驗。多只軸向壓緊油缸的只徑向進退移動，采用一直油缸往復(fù)驅(qū)動實現(xiàn)，連桿原理了傳動了多只軸向夾緊油缸同步移動。
