1、NALC型氣體繼電器檢測臺，采用的嵌入式系統(tǒng)控制技術(shù)，綜合用戶的實際需求而推出的新一代氣體繼電器試驗檢測系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)采用了油泵—流量計連續(xù)測量方法，可分別對φ25、φ50、φ80毫米管徑的國內(nèi)外氣體繼電器的流速、容積和密封進(jìn)行檢測，且實驗過程無須人工參與。

2、嵌入的PC系統(tǒng)，采用全彩觸摸顯示器，可簡單直觀的對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行流速、容積、密封試驗的相關(guān)操作，并同時編輯打印相關(guān)檢測報告，且可以保存數(shù)據(jù)以便隨時調(diào)閱和打印。由于采用嵌入式設(shè)計，由PC控制，操作界面友好，整機(jī)自動化程度高等特點。

產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)

1、結(jié)構(gòu)特點

（1）外部機(jī)柜采用冷扎板折邊成型工藝制造，外形尺寸2400×650×1570mm(長×寬×高)，整機(jī)總重170kg；

（2）夾緊器采用螺桿棘輪方式夾緊被試件；

（3）油箱采用非承壓式結(jié)構(gòu)，側(cè)面設(shè)有油位計；

（4）在被試件的安裝位置處設(shè)有防護(hù)罩；

2、電氣及控制系統(tǒng)

（1）工作環(huán)境：－10~＋50℃，相對濕度<85%；

（2）電氣主線路采用AC380V，總功率11KW；

（3）油泵電機(jī)采用AC380V，功率5.5KW；

（4）電動執(zhí)行元件采用AC220V/DC24V電源控制，功率0.25KW；

（7）采用19寸全彩觸摸顯示器，中英文圖形顯示，操作過程由系統(tǒng)自動完成，無需人工干預(yù)；

（8）采用虛擬投影鍵鼠。此技術(shù)為二維投影成像，在觸屏前方的工作臺面上，投影出一個紅色與標(biāo)鍵盤大小*的虛擬投影鍵盤，操作人員可用此鍵盤對試驗報告內(nèi)容進(jìn)行編輯。操作人員還可通過此鍵盤快捷鍵，完成鍵盤和鼠標(biāo)的切換，并通過虛擬鍵盤上的快捷鍵關(guān)閉投影鍵鼠，再通過固定手勢打開；

（9）嵌入PC系統(tǒng)可直觀的對重瓦斯流速、輕瓦斯容積、密封檢測的單項和綜合項目進(jìn)行操作，并同時編輯打印試驗報告；

（10）PC系統(tǒng)內(nèi)安裝由南澳電氣自主開發(fā)，具有*知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的專業(yè)測量控制軟件，并且可實施網(wǎng)絡(luò)遠(yuǎn)程系統(tǒng)升級和維護(hù)；

（11）遠(yuǎn)程：如現(xiàn)場操作人員需要，設(shè)備只需接入外圍網(wǎng)絡(luò)，遠(yuǎn)程端技術(shù)人員即可對設(shè)備進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程操控及設(shè)備軟件升級。
