★安裝試樣
將試件裁成約48cm長(zhǎng)的試樣，兩頭的濾膜各除去lcm，將試件的4只角剪成45°倒角，并小心地裝入管狀乳膠膜內(nèi)。
把排水板連同乳膠膜通過(guò)工作容器的孔口送入容器，沿承托板從另一孔口送出，使法蘭盤(pán)兩端的外露長(zhǎng)度為4cm左右。
用橡膠摯分別套住排水板的出露部分，使橡膠墊緊貼法蘭盤(pán)外側(cè)，并將乳膠膜翻轉(zhuǎn)包在橡膠墊上。另兩塊橡膠墊分別套住排水板的剩余出露部分，使乳膠膜的翻轉(zhuǎn)部分被央在橡膠墊之問(wèn)。排水板的濾膜應(yīng)超出橡膠墊。
