離心機操作過程中的進(jìn)料、分離、洗滌、脫水、卸料及濾布再生等過程一般均在全速狀態(tài)下完成，單次循環(huán)時間短，處理量大，并可獲得較好的過濾（濾餅含水率較低）和洗滌效果。
GKH系列虹吸式離心機是在普通臥式刮刀卸料離心機的基礎(chǔ)上，利用虹吸原理增加過濾推動力，透過過濾介質(zhì)的濾液全部進(jìn)入濾液室，濾液通過虹吸管(撇液管)排出轉(zhuǎn)鼓，調(diào)節(jié)虹吸管吸入口位置可改變虹吸室內(nèi)液面深度，以改變過濾推動力，調(diào)節(jié)過濾速度、處理能力、濾餅含濕量以及洗滌效率。
GKH系列離心機因具有虹吸功能，增加了過濾推動力，在處理粘度較大的物料時可以獲得較GK型更低的濾餅含水率。設(shè)置反沖裝置，可在需要時向虹吸室內(nèi)加入反沖液，洗滌液經(jīng)過濾介質(zhì)流向轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，使過濾介質(zhì)恢復(fù)過濾性能，得于再生。
