機器人復合系統(tǒng)

采用ABB機器人，結合本公司自研的糾偏復合手爪與AI技術及特別研制的視覺系統(tǒng)，具有對面料、海綿、乳膠等填充層材料、床芯內(nèi)膽抓取后的自動糾偏功能，復合精度2-3mm，效率20-50s 。

立體視覺系統(tǒng)

德國映美精超?分辨率?業(yè)相機；日本理光極低畸變鏡頭；韓國QSI激光系統(tǒng)

UL認證糾偏手爪

采用伺服電機、SMC?缸、特制刺針，專門設計的嵌?式驅(qū)控一體電路板,嵌入式軟件,增加壓平機構,器件升級為UL認證。

數(shù)字孿生技術

以數(shù)字鏡像模式，對機器人、復合對象、流程、系統(tǒng)設備等以數(shù)字化形式實現(xiàn)全生命周期的物聯(lián)。
