Q47 固定球手動(dòng)球閥產(chǎn)品信息

概述

固定球閥的球體，采用上、下兩根閥桿固定，工作時(shí)，流體壓力不會(huì)使球體向閥座移動(dòng)，閥座不會(huì)承受過(guò)大壓力而變形。閥桿部份設(shè)有自潤(rùn)滑軸承，減少磨擦，開關(guān)扭距小，兩閥座均采用彈簧設(shè)預(yù)緊。密封采用聚氟乙烯鑲?cè)脘撊?nèi)，鋼圈后部設(shè)有彈簧，保證閥座緊貼球體。當(dāng)閥門中腔壓力異常升高超過(guò)彈簧頂緊力，閥座后退脫離球體，達(dá)到自動(dòng)泄壓效果，壓后閥座自動(dòng)復(fù)位。結(jié)構(gòu)的性使固定球閥的密封性能穩(wěn)定操作省力，使用壽命長(zhǎng)，極適用于長(zhǎng)輸管線和一般管線。

Summary

The sphere of Q47 type standing ball valve is fixed with upper and lower valve stems. When it works, for fluid pressure is unable to make sphere move towards valve base, the valve base won't be deformed for enduring over pressure. There is self-lubricating bearing seton the part of valve stem to reduce friction, and its switch-torque is small. Both valve bases are pertensioned by setting spring. Referring to sealing, adopt the way to inset polytetrafluoroethylene into steel-ring with a spring on its rear end, which can ensure valve base cling to sphere. When the cavity pressure in valve transnormally excesses spring tension, valve base will back off ａnd separate from sphere to get the effect of automatic pressure release.The valve base will automatically reset after being pressed. Thanks to advanced structure, the standing ball valve has stable sealing performance, labor-saved operation and long using life. It is es-pecially applicable for long conveymg pipeline and general pipeline.
