PN-ZDTF Z-direction tensile strength tester is a testing instrument for Z-direction tensile strength of paper and cardboard developed according to relevant standards. This tester is mainly suitable for the determination of Z-direction tensile strength of multi-layer cardboard such as box board, white board, gray board, white cardboard, etc.
Working principle:
The sample is pasted between two flat metal discs with
double-sided tape, and a certain pressure is applied to the sample, and the pressure is kept for a specified time. The tensile tester is used to apply tension along the Z direction of the sample, and the sample is destroyed within the specified loading time. The tester records the maximum tensile force during the entire stretching process, and takes the maximum tensile force that the sample per unit area can bear as the Z-direction tensile strength in kilopascals (kPa).
