DLD1-2.5A電磁離合器詳細(xì)介紹
1、簡介（Applications）
DLD1系列系無滑環(huán)干式，通電型工作的單片電磁離合器，線圈不旋轉(zhuǎn)，一個(gè)摩擦付，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，傳遞力矩大，響應(yīng)迅速，無空載損耗。
適用于高頻動(dòng)作的機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，可在主動(dòng)部分運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的情況下，使從動(dòng)部分與主動(dòng)部分結(jié)合或分離。廣泛適用于包裝機(jī)械、印刷機(jī)械、紡織機(jī)械、輕工機(jī)械、及辦公機(jī)械中。
DLD1Clutches are singledisc clutches for dry operation, without sliping the coil not rotating. High transmitting torque, quick response and no drag torque.
They are widely used in packing machines, printing machines, textile machines etc...., to realize the dricen and driving shaft while the latter is running.

4、安裝：Installation
安裝注意事項(xiàng) Warning
●摩擦片及銜鐵表面不得有油污，必須保持清潔；
Friction disc and armature surface should be kept clean and free of grease.
●安裝離合器必須保證同軸度不大于0.1mm；
The coaxial degree should not exceed 0.1mm.
●與離合器配合的軸孔與軸精密度為H8/h7
Fit h7 is recommended so that the brake can be fitted easily and without demange on to the shaft.
●離合器主、從動(dòng)側(cè)需固定，不允許有軸向竄動(dòng)，同時(shí)必須保證工作氣隙“δ”
Not allowed to move on axial direction. Airgap should be kept in “δ”.
