PN-PLTF tissue paper plumpness tester is a kind of measuring the plumpness of various household papers developed by our company according to customer requirements, mainly including soft pumping, box pumping, paper handkerchiefs, coreless toilet paper roll paper and cored toilet paper roll paper. Plumpness is determined by detecting the amount of deformation before pressing and the amount of deformation after pressing, and then calculating the value of Plumpness. Plumpness: the amount of deformation after pressing (the pressure can be set) / the amount of deformation before pressing (the initial pressure can be set) * 99%, the deformation unit is mm, and the result is expressed in percentage (%). The higher the Plumpness, it feels that the packaging is full and solid, and it is not easy to deform when stacking, and the appearance is more beautiful; the lower the Plumpness, the looser, it feels insufficient, and it is easy to deform when stacking.
The instrument is a mechatronics product. It adopts modern mechanical design concepts and ergonomic design principles, and is carefully and reasonably designed with advanced high-speed ARM processors. It is a novel design, easy to use, excellent performance and elegant New generation of Plumpness tester.The device adopts a vertical structure. The smallest test sample is a small handkerchief paper bag. The test sample space is 200mm in depth (forward and backward direction), 450mm in height, 400mm in width, and the pressure can be set arbitrarily within 100N.
