2．試劑盒保存：2-8℃(頻繁使用時(shí))；-20℃(較長時(shí)間不用時(shí))。

3．剛開啟的酶聯(lián)板孔中可能會(huì)含有少許水樣物質(zhì)，此為正?，F(xiàn)象，不會(huì)對實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果造成任何影響。

4．中、英文說明書可能會(huì)有不*之處，請以英文說明書為準(zhǔn)。試劑盒保存：-20℃(較長時(shí)間不用時(shí))；2-8℃(頻繁使用時(shí))。

5．濃洗滌液低溫保存會(huì)有鹽析出，稀釋時(shí)可在水浴中加溫助溶。

6. 不要用其它生產(chǎn)廠家的試劑替換試劑盒中的試劑。

ELISA小常識：
間接法是檢測抗體zui常用的方法，其原理為利用酶標(biāo)記的抗抗體以檢測已與固相結(jié)合的受檢抗體，故稱為間接法。操作步驟如下：(1)將特異性抗原與固相載體連接，形成固相抗原(2)加稀釋的受檢血清：其中的特異抗體與抗原結(jié)合，形成固相抗原抗體復(fù)合物。(3)加酶標(biāo)抗抗體：與固相復(fù)合物中的抗體結(jié)合，從而使該抗體間接地標(biāo)記上酶。(4)加底物顯色：顏色深度代表標(biāo)本中受檢抗體的量。
