Anti-Zic1/ZNF201抗體,鋅指蛋白201抗體產品介紹：Zic1 is a C2H2 zinc finger transcription factor that controls the expansion of neuronal precursors by inhibiting the progression of neuronal differentiation. Zic1 determines the cerebellar folial pattern by influencing proliferation in the external germinal layer (EGL). Zic1 can bind and transactivate the apolipoprotein E gene.This gene is closely linked to the gene encoding zinc finger protein of the cerebellum 4, a related family member on chromosome 3.
保存條件: Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20℃. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody, the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4 ℃
