Anti-MTA1抗體,腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)蛋白1抗體產(chǎn)品介紹：This protein was identified in metastatic cells, specifically, mammary adenocarcinoma cell lines. Expression of this protein has been correlated with the metastatic potential of at least two types of carcinomas although it is also expressed in many normal tissues. The role it plays in metastasis is unclear. It was initially thought to be the 70 kDa component of a nucleosome remodeling deacetylase complex, NuRD, but it is more likely that this component is a different but very similar protein. These two proteins are so closely related, though, that they share the same types of domains. These domains include two DNA binding domains, a dimerization domain, and a domain commonly found in proteins that methylate DNA. The profile and activity of this protein suggests that it is involved in regulating transcription and that this may be accomplished by chromatin remodeling.
保存條件: Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20℃. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody, the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4 ℃
