詳細(xì)介紹

袋式初效過濾器產(chǎn)品特性:
* 專用于袋式過濾器的合成纖維與微纖維材料，利用逐級加密技術(shù)制成，過濾性能好，容塵量高;
* 濾料可線縫、也可采用用防爆裂高頻焊接結(jié)構(gòu)，高周波熱熔封邊，增加結(jié)構(gòu)剛性，保證運(yùn)行的可靠性，杜絕二次產(chǎn)塵;
* 各組袋均有定位風(fēng)道，配以薄氣動分隔袋結(jié)構(gòu)和順應(yīng)氣流的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)V字型結(jié)構(gòu)，很大程度的穩(wěn)定氣流，保證過濾介質(zhì)的有效利用，確保很好過濾效果;
* 不含硅設(shè)計過濾器，特別適用于噴漆車間;
* 阻力低，過濾面積大，耐濕度強(qiáng)，可達(dá)99%；常溫100℃;
* 符合防火分類歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)DIN53438-F1及美國UL900-CLASS2.
* 過濾級別：G3、G4、F5、F6
用途:
空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)過濾；粗塵過濾（G3、G4）過濾系統(tǒng)預(yù)過濾；中效過濾器前道過濾；細(xì)塵過濾（F5、F6）高效過濾器預(yù)過濾.

* Rigid pocket filter is processed by anti-break high performance fiber with heat fusion method in gradual structure and featured with excellent filter effect and high dust holding.
* The border of the media is sewed to assure the performance.
* There is fixed airflow channel to assure best filter effect.
* The media don’t contain silicon which is especially suitable for painting room.
* The relative humidity can reach to 99%, Temperature resistance: 80℃.
* Rigid pocket filter conforms to the fire resistant standard and classification of European DIN53438-F1 and American UL900-Class2.
Application:
Rigid pocket filter is used for pre-filter in air conditioning ventilation system and filtration system.
