氙燈老化試驗機

一、介紹：氙燈老化試驗機又稱為氙燈老化試驗箱，氙燈老化機等，氙燈老化試驗機的工作流程原理是通過模擬光照、溫度、濕度等綜合作用于試驗材料。光照強度、溫度、濕度都采用P.I.D+S.S.R來控制。許多的物品在長期的光照條件下都會產(chǎn)生降解的情況，例如熒光燈、鹵素?zé)粢约捌渌l(fā)光燈源，等會對物品出現(xiàn)光降解的情況。

氙燈老化試驗機所采用的光照主要是陽光中的破壞性光波，例如UV、可見光和紅外光等等。在箱體內(nèi)照射強度相當(dāng)于夏季強光照下的環(huán)境。

二、用途：氙燈老化試驗機用于模擬陽光照射、雨露冷凝等天氣狀況，來測試材料在光照和潮濕環(huán)境下的耐久性能。氙燈老化試驗機提供了一個模擬加速試驗材料老化的光照潮濕環(huán)境，能夠控制光的照射強度來達(dá)到加速試驗測試效果，光的照射強度和不同的波長會影響到材料的性能穩(wěn)定性。

三、如何選擇：氙燈老化試驗機分為水冷型和風(fēng)冷型兩種，風(fēng)冷型好還是水冷型的氙燈老化試驗機好呢？具體要看客戶的使用要求以及試驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來定，比如說汽車外飾件SAE J2527的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)就要求使用水冷型的，要求雙噴淋，氙燈光譜為340nm，輻照強度要求0.55W/m2。

風(fēng)冷氙燈老化機的燈管為水平安裝，而水冷型為垂直安裝；風(fēng)冷型測試產(chǎn)品為水平擺放，而水冷型測試產(chǎn)品為垂直擺放，切割擺放在樣板上，風(fēng)冷型氙燈老化機相對于水冷型更為經(jīng)濟(jì)，結(jié)構(gòu)也相對簡單，使用時只需要保證用去蒸餾水即可，而水冷型則需要用到冷水機和純水機，安裝使用方面相對復(fù)雜些。
