Uses and features

This test chamber is an environmental test equipment, which is suitable for the performance test of various products and materials under high and low temperature and humid and hot conditions. The ideal temperature and humidity control mode, the balanced temperature and humidity control mode, can automatically obtain a high precision temperature and humidity test environment. With over-temperature alarm, over-pressure protection, water shortage protection, program setting, computer control.

Configuration and use standard of main parts and components:

1. Chamber:

1) Shell: Electrostatic powder spraying on the surface of cold rolled iron plate;

2) Inner gallbladder: mirror stainless steel plate

3) Insulation layer: super glass wool;

4) Seals: silicone rubber;

5) Circulation system: centrifugal fan, forced air convection;

6) Observation window: hollow heated glass, built-in lighting, can observe the test state of the test object;

7) Test holes: 25 mm cable holes (test holes can be enlarged or reduced as required);

8) Test bracket: stainless steel mesh plate (second layer).

2. Refrigeration components:

1) Refrigeration compressor: original French Taikang refrigeration compressor;

2) Filter: Import

3) Solenoid Valve: Import

4) Condenser: air-cooled condenser;

5) Evaporator: diaphragm air heat exchanger;

6) Refrigerant: R404;

7) Cooling mode: air cooling.

3. Main accessories:

1) Temperature Control Instruments: Customized High and Low Temperature and Humidity Instruments

2) Contactors: People's Electrical Appliances;

3) Solid State Relay: Omron, Japan;

4) Heater: high quality nickel-chromium alloy wire;

5) Temperature sensor: Pt100;

7) Humidity sensor: 0~5V humidity transmitter

8) Humidifier: stainless steel steam humidifier;

9) Water adding mode: automatic water adding.

10) Lighting: Lighting lamp is installed in the observation window of the box door to observe the experiment situation in the chamber more clearly.

4. Safety measures:

1) Safe and reliable grounding protection device;

2) Overtemperature in the studio;

3) Overpressure and overload protection of refrigerators;

4) Water shortage protection.

5. Provide technical data:

1) Technical data: product qualification certificate, instructions for use, instructions for use of purchased parts, etc.

2) Equipped with two shelves for studio.

6. Conditions of use:

1) Environmental temperature: 5 ~30 C;

2) Environmental humidity: not more than 85% R.H;

3) Air quality: no high concentration of dust and corrosive gas;
