刀閘閥吸取了國(guó)內(nèi)外*技術(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是一種具有輕型、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單小巧、密封性能可靠、使用壽命長(zhǎng)、具有切斷介質(zhì)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，其密封原理是通過(guò)閘板在關(guān)閉到底時(shí)，閘板斜切面碰到閥體上的鍥塊使得閘板緊靠密封面起到密封效果，并且閘板底部的斜切面具有切斷介質(zhì)的功能，使得閥門不易受介質(zhì)的堵塞卡阻。其結(jié)構(gòu)可以做成硬密封、軟密封，可以很可以根據(jù)客戶對(duì)密封要求選型。軟密封是由金屬壓套把橡膠密封圈封套反鎖在閥座密封槽內(nèi)，使得密封圈不會(huì)脫落，并且取下金屬壓套可以很方便的更換橡膠密封圈，這樣不僅提高了閥門使用壽命，并且也大大節(jié)省了用戶的使用成本。配多回轉(zhuǎn)電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器可以實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程微電腦控制，也可以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)手動(dòng)操作，配有手動(dòng)切換手柄，萬(wàn)一供電系統(tǒng)終斷，可以手動(dòng)操作開啟或關(guān)閉閥門、有效控制介質(zhì)、防止事故發(fā)生。
QB Series Knife Gate Valve absorb the advantages of technology and structure both at home and aboard to exclude other knife gate valves' shortcomings when using .It's a kind of lightweight, compact, simple structure, reliable sealing and long service life, and can cut off media, etc. The sealing principle is that when the gate is closed to the end ,oblique plane of gate valve encounters wedge block of gate to close to achieve sealing effect, which makes the valve less blockage media . Its structure can be made into a hard seal, soft seal. Sealing requirements base on customer's selection. Soft-seal is a metal pressure sleeve to rubber ring sealed envelope locked in the valve seat tank, making ring will not fall off, and it's convenient to take off metal pressure sleeve to replace the seat seal,besides ,not only improve the valve's service life, but also saves the user's cost . Equipped with multi-turn electric actuators can be remote microcomputer control, you also can manually operate lively. with a manual switch handle, in case disconnect power supply system, you can manually open or close the valve, effective control of media to prevent accidents .
