冷水機(jī)安裝前請(qǐng)選擇地基平穩(wěn),四周空曠暢通及避免腐蝕污染之場(chǎng)所,根據(jù)冰水機(jī)組制冷量選用匹配的冷卻塔,冰水機(jī)管路配管,請(qǐng)根據(jù)機(jī)身喉尺寸進(jìn)行安裝,切勿將冷卻水管尺寸縮小,這樣會(huì)引起高壓過(guò)載,影響制冷效果及增加耗電量。
注:電源、負(fù)載及接地部分,請(qǐng)依照相關(guān)法規(guī)施工。

操作方法:
**運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)必須先檢查下列事項(xiàng)是否正確:
電源、電壓及相數(shù)是否符合型號(hào)規(guī)格,請(qǐng)對(duì)照銘牌所示。(注:3HP以上冰水機(jī)電源是否采用三相四線電壓380-415V,50HZ電源相位線分別為R.S.T.中性線(零線)N,接地導(dǎo)線為E。
冰水喉及冷卻循環(huán)水喉是否接通管路,并保持閥門打開(kāi)(請(qǐng)參考安裝圖)。
先行將冰水箱加滿后方可啟動(dòng)水泵。
請(qǐng)留意水泵運(yùn)行方向是否逆轉(zhuǎn)(如水泵是三相),如逆轉(zhuǎn)須將電源相位線中任意二相對(duì)換,接妥后再把開(kāi)關(guān)板上。

開(kāi)放式冷水機(jī)和封閉式冷水機(jī)有什么區(qū)別?

1、名詞定義:開(kāi)放式冷水機(jī)和水冷箱式冷水機(jī)(封閉式)同屬于水冷式冷水機(jī)系列。開(kāi)放式冷水機(jī)主要由壓縮機(jī)、蒸發(fā)器、冷凝器、電控系統(tǒng)、冷凍配件組件,水冷箱式冷水機(jī)則由壓縮機(jī)、蒸發(fā)器、冷凝器、水泵、水箱、電控系統(tǒng)、冷凍配件組成,因此可以看出來(lái),兩者之間的不同之處在于水冷箱式冷水機(jī)可以內(nèi)置水泵及水箱,反之則稱為開(kāi)放式冷水機(jī)。

2、安裝配置:冷水機(jī)主要是為了給產(chǎn)品或設(shè)備提供冷凍水以達(dá)到制冷的目的。這兩種冷水機(jī)都需要配用冷卻水塔進(jìn)行散熱,但因?yàn)樗湎涫嚼渌畽C(jī)內(nèi)置有水箱及水泵,因此安裝的時(shí)候,用戶只需要將冷水機(jī)組與冷卻水塔連接起來(lái),接通自來(lái)水即可投入使用。而開(kāi)放式冷水機(jī)除了配用冷卻水塔,還需要增加水泵及雙層不銹鋼保溫水箱方能使用。

3、優(yōu)點(diǎn)分析:水冷箱式冷水機(jī)內(nèi)置不銹鋼水箱及管道水泵,外形美觀大方,配置完善,主要構(gòu)件均由鋼體外殼保護(hù),可安放于生產(chǎn)車間內(nèi),安裝簡(jiǎn)單,使用/維護(hù)方便。開(kāi)放式冷水機(jī)不自帶水箱及水泵,可根據(jù)需要外接水泵及水箱,優(yōu)點(diǎn)是水箱的容積及水泵揚(yáng)程不受限制,能更好地滿足不同的工業(yè)設(shè)備配套需要。

操作順序:
開(kāi)機(jī):按<PUMP>鍵啟動(dòng)機(jī)器;。
按<SET>鍵設(shè)定所需溫度;
開(kāi)啟壓縮機(jī)1,壓縮機(jī)2→延時(shí)→自動(dòng)運(yùn)行;
關(guān)機(jī):按<STOP>鍵停止運(yùn)行.

操作時(shí)應(yīng)注意的事項(xiàng):
冰水泵不可在水箱內(nèi)無(wú)水運(yùn)行(7.5HP以上冰水機(jī),水箱水位太低時(shí),水泵會(huì)自動(dòng)停止運(yùn)行,低水位指示燈會(huì)亮起及有警號(hào))
操作開(kāi)關(guān)請(qǐng)盡量避免連續(xù)切換。
水溫達(dá)到設(shè)定溫度時(shí),壓縮機(jī)會(huì)自動(dòng)停止運(yùn)行,此屬正?,F(xiàn)象。
溫度開(kāi)關(guān)應(yīng)避免設(shè)定在5℃以下,防止蒸發(fā)器結(jié)冰。
為確保制冷效果,保持*佳狀態(tài),請(qǐng)定期清洗冷凝器及蒸發(fā)器。
附注一
當(dāng)冷凝器散熱不佳時(shí),壓縮機(jī)效率低,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)電流提高,當(dāng)高壓升至每300PCI/cm3,壓縮機(jī)受高壓開(kāi)關(guān)保持跳脫,壓縮機(jī)停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),散熱不佳高壓過(guò)載指示燈亮,此時(shí)請(qǐng)檢視冷卻塔循環(huán)水是否正常,冷卻水溫是否過(guò)高,冷卻塔風(fēng)扇水泵是否運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),冷卻

水閥門是否打開(kāi),以上正常后再按復(fù)位開(kāi)關(guān)(REST)即可正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),如經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)高壓過(guò)載情況,請(qǐng)盡快安排清洗冷凝器。
附注二
冷媒不足處理方法:
當(dāng)水溫5℃以上時(shí),低壓表顯示低于30psl/cm2時(shí),即表示冷媒不足,一般我們必須先將漏冷媒的地方,進(jìn)行補(bǔ)漏或處理,再更換干燥劑,重新真空處理,充灌適當(dāng)冷媒。
當(dāng)您發(fā)現(xiàn)漏冷媒部分浸于水中,請(qǐng)即停止冰水機(jī)運(yùn)行,速將水箱內(nèi)水排除掉,盡快通知公司派員處理維修,以免水進(jìn)壓縮機(jī)系統(tǒng)造成更嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞。

附注三
高低壓是否正常
壓縮機(jī)正常運(yùn)行時(shí)高壓表顯示160-230psl/cm2為*佳,但不得高于280psl/cm2,當(dāng)高壓高于280psl/cm2時(shí),高壓開(kāi)關(guān)跳脫請(qǐng)依附注一處理,低壓以40-65psl/cm2為*佳,但不得低于30psl/cm2,低壓跳脫請(qǐng)依附注二處理。
當(dāng)壓縮機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)高壓和低壓兩者差壓極少或相等時(shí),即表示壓縮機(jī)本身閥片破損或斷裂,請(qǐng)即停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)并通知公司派人處理,請(qǐng)注意以上狀況是壓縮機(jī)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),如沒(méi)

有運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)高低壓仍屬正常狀況。

附注四
當(dāng)壓縮機(jī)因某種原因發(fā)生故障時(shí),此時(shí)水泵如繼續(xù)運(yùn)行,可能造成水溫急速升高,而當(dāng)水溫超過(guò)70℃時(shí),機(jī)內(nèi)水管及泵浦軸對(duì)極可能造成損壞漏水。

附注五
當(dāng)故障指示燈及保護(hù)開(kāi)關(guān)全部正常時(shí),壓縮機(jī)不能啟動(dòng),請(qǐng)檢查:
溫度開(kāi)關(guān)是否調(diào)太高或損壞
切換開(kāi)關(guān)是否損壞
防凍開(kāi)關(guān)損壞
低壓開(kāi)關(guān)跳脫或損壞
壓縮機(jī)過(guò)載保護(hù)器損壞或跳脫
電磁繼電器線圈損壞及過(guò)載保護(hù)器損壞
如機(jī)型是屬無(wú)水箱型,請(qǐng)查冰水水流量開(kāi)關(guān)是否損壞,以上控制開(kāi)關(guān)或線路有故障即壓縮機(jī)就不能運(yùn)行

六、按鍵指示燈
#COMPI:壓機(jī)1 控制指示燈,燈亮允許啟動(dòng)否則不允許啟動(dòng),由“COMP1"按鍵控制。
#COMP2:壓機(jī)2 控制指示燈,燈亮允許啟動(dòng)否則不允許啟動(dòng),由"COMP2"按鍵控制。
RESET:有故障時(shí)的指示燈(閃爍顯示),時(shí)按下"RESET"可關(guān)閉。
PUMP:機(jī)組運(yùn)行指示燈,機(jī)組運(yùn)行時(shí)此燈亮,否則滅。
STOP:延時(shí)停機(jī)指示燈,延時(shí)停機(jī)時(shí)閃爍點(diǎn)亮。
SET:參數(shù)設(shè)置指示燈,處于參數(shù)設(shè)置界面時(shí)此燈亮。
