采用橡膠或塑料等軟質(zhì)密封制作的隔膜，密封性較好。由于隔膜為易損件，應(yīng)視介質(zhì)特性而定期更換。受隔膜材料限制，隔膜閥適用于低壓和溫度相對(duì)不高的場(chǎng)合。
隔膜閥按結(jié)構(gòu)形式可分為：屋式隔膜閥、直流式隔膜閥、截止式隔膜閥、直通式隔膜閥、閘板式隔膜閥和直角式隔膜閥六種;連接形式通常為法蘭連接;按驅(qū)動(dòng)方式可分為手動(dòng)、電動(dòng)和氣動(dòng)三種，其中氣動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)又分為常開式、常閉式和往復(fù)式三種。隔膜閥是利用閥桿將彈性體薄膜緊壓在閥座上用來隔斷氣路。轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪可帶動(dòng)閥桿上、下移動(dòng)，使隔膜離開閥座打開閥門或使隔膜緊壓在閥座上關(guān)閉閥門。此種閥門如采用丁晴橡膠隔膜，適用于前級(jí)和預(yù)抽管道上及溫度為-25～80℃的非腐蝕性氣體。如采用氟橡膠隔膜，可用于高真空系統(tǒng)，使用溫度范圍為-30～150℃
隔膜閥特點(diǎn)：
