杜笙樹(shù)脂于藥品的應(yīng)用大致可以分為以下４大類(lèi)別 :
The use in pharmaceutical formulations can be classified under one of the following four categories
<味道包覆劑> – 一些藥物含有苦味 ,可用杜笙交換樹(shù)脂來(lái)吸收此苦味而相對(duì)比較沒(méi)苦味。人的口中及胃的酸堿值 （pH）大約是在相同的范圍 ,因此藥品不會(huì)在口中溶解而只在胃里溶解。因此,當(dāng)藥經(jīng)過(guò)口中時(shí) ,藥品的結(jié)構(gòu)仍處于錯(cuò)化物 ，沒(méi)有任何的味道被釋出。不同的樹(shù)脂選擇來(lái)包含苦味,取決于藥品特性 （請(qǐng)連絡(luò)我們以取得更詳細(xì)資料）。
<Taste Masking Agent> – Certain drugs that have a very bitter taste can be made relatively tasess by adsorbing the drugs on Tulsion Exchange Resins . The pH in the mouth being on the basic side compared to the pH in the stomach , the complex drug will not be released in the mouth but only in the stomach. Since while passing through the mouth the drug remains in the complex form , none or very little taste is imparted. The nature of resin used is dependent upon the type of drug being masked （please contact us for more details）.
<藥片溶解劑> - 為了確保一旦藥片攝入，能提供所需的藥物。一樣的藥片劑 ，一樣的迅速溶解是可以達(dá)到的。外用試劑添加到藥片配方，以確保藥片溶解。TULSION®樹(shù)脂可被當(dāng)成是藥劑溶解劑。這是由于樹(shù)脂會(huì)比樹(shù)脂處于氫﹑鉀的 “Polacrilin鉀” 樹(shù)脂的形式容易膨脹，因而成為在這個(gè)應(yīng)用程序的形式樹(shù)脂。
<Tablet Disintegrant> – In order to ensure that once a tablet is ingested , the desired drug is delivered . It is desirable that the tablet disintegrates uniformly and quickly. External agents are added to a tablet formulation to ensure the disintegration. TULSION® resins ca be used as a disintegrating agent. This is due to the fact that the resin will swell than the resin in hydrogen form , Potassium form of the resin “Polacrilin Potassium” is preferred in this applications.
<藥效持續(xù)釋放> -緩釋劑是要確保藥物不斷的 ,慢慢的，但穩(wěn)定的速度被釋放到身體。藥劑從離子交換樹(shù)脂釋放是 取決于身體內(nèi)不同液體與藥品及樹(shù)脂錯(cuò)化物之間的反應(yīng)來(lái)決定。對(duì)藥物的釋放速度可通過(guò)改變控制粒子的大小，樹(shù)脂交聯(lián)的程度及樹(shù)脂的化學(xué)性質(zhì)。此種持續(xù)性的釋放藥效配方是可以依照不同的應(yīng)用而量身訂作的。
<Sustained Release> – Sustained release formulations ensure that the drug is released continuously into the body at a slower , but steady rate. The release of durgs from ion exchange resins depends upon a series of ionic reactions between various body fluids and drug – resin complex . The rate of release of drugs can be controlled by varying the particle size , degree of cross-linking and the chemistry of resin. The release profile can almost be tailor made to suit a particular application.
<藥效穩(wěn)定藥物> - 例如藥物，* – 12的存儲(chǔ)時(shí)，經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間會(huì)慢慢分解。此類(lèi)藥物的穩(wěn)定可藉由使用TULSION®樹(shù)脂來(lái)達(dá)成。
<Drug Stabilization> – Drugs for instance, Vitamin B-12 when stored , degenerate after some time. The stabilization of such drugs can be brought about using Tulsion resins.
