ELISA試劑盒分析稱轉(zhuǎn)基因作物在中國前景未卜

    盡管尚不清楚此舉措背后的原因，其已引發(fā)了人們對于中國轉(zhuǎn)基因相關(guān)研究前景的質(zhì)疑。

    ELISA試劑盒研究人員對這種玉米進(jìn)行了基因改造，使得玉米粒中包含有植酸酶(phytase)。作為一種家畜飼料添加劑，植酸酶可促進(jìn)動物吸收食物中的磷，由此促進(jìn)動物生長。

    然而自這些證書發(fā)放以來，公眾們一直在質(zhì)疑在中國種植轉(zhuǎn)基因作物的好處。一些從事轉(zhuǎn)基因植物研究的科學(xué)家在發(fā)表公開演講時甚至遭受了襲擊。

    盡管對于中國*終止這些證書的原因還存在著爭議。ELISA試劑盒一些環(huán)保人士認(rèn)為，公眾對于轉(zhuǎn)基因作物的擔(dān)心起到了決定性的作用。“我們相信，在轉(zhuǎn)基因研究的評估和監(jiān)督中存在著的一些漏洞，以及公眾對于安全問題的擔(dān)憂，是導(dǎo)致此次沒有續(xù)發(fā)證書zui重要的原因，”綠色和平組織官員王婧（Wang Jing）在給ScienceInsider的郵件中寫道。

    不管是什么原因，這一決定標(biāo)志著在中國轉(zhuǎn)基因水稻的命運發(fā)生了突然的轉(zhuǎn)變。英國諾丁漢大學(xué)的中國政策專家曹聰(Cao Cong)，在澳大利亞的The Conversation上發(fā)表了一篇博文中稱：“5年前，人們普遍預(yù)期很快轉(zhuǎn)基因水稻就會被放到中國的餐桌上。現(xiàn)在所有的意圖和目的不復(fù)存在。反轉(zhuǎn)基因運動的力量和影響遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超出了熱情和偏執(zhí)。”

    ELISA試劑盒這一決定并不反映中國整體生物技術(shù)政策發(fā)生改變。其他一些專家注意到，政府在加大對Bt玉米研究的支持力度；轉(zhuǎn)基因玉米遭受到的公眾反對要少一些，其部分原因在于它主要是用于飼養(yǎng)家畜。
