JWZ型系列液壓閥門測試臺是我公司在積累多年生產(chǎn)閥門測試檢測設(shè)備技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，按照國家GB/T13927-2008《通用閥門壓力試驗》和ZBJ16006-90《閥門的試驗與檢測》等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，參照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ISO5208《工業(yè)用閥門的壓力試驗》和美國石油學(xué)會標(biāo)準(zhǔn)API1598《閥門檢驗和試驗》的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范要求而研制產(chǎn)品，可對閥門進行殼體試驗，上密封試驗，高壓水密封試驗和低壓氣密封試驗。

詳細介紹

JWZ型臥式液壓閥門測試臺，分為液壓系統(tǒng)、電氣系統(tǒng)、機械系統(tǒng)、測壓系統(tǒng)等四大系統(tǒng)，由機架、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉(zhuǎn)油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質(zhì)控制管路及控制閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質(zhì)控制管路及控制閥、液壓控制系統(tǒng)、電氣控制系統(tǒng)、試驗壓力計量等組成。
閥門的裝夾型式為抱壓式，被測閥門的兩端法蘭和盲板，分別由左右工作盤上的夾爪抱壓夾緊，右工作盤在翻轉(zhuǎn)油缸作用下，可以90°翻轉(zhuǎn)，以便在進行密封試驗時觀察和檢查密封泄漏情況，工作盤上的壓爪在徑向上根據(jù)閥門法蘭大小，在牽引油缸的作用下可同步張大和縮小，在軸向上根據(jù)閥門法蘭厚度，在夾緊油缸作用下可同步壓緊和放松，左向工作盤可根據(jù)閥門結(jié)構(gòu)長度長短，在移動油缸作用下可以左右移動，低壓水泵和介質(zhì)循環(huán)水箱系統(tǒng)組成一體，使介質(zhì)循環(huán)使用，壓力表控制閥門和電器按鈕開關(guān)，全部設(shè)計在測試臺前方進行操作控制，能使各機制協(xié)調(diào)動作，操作方便，安全可靠，滿足廣大用戶測試需要。
