Supply and delivery of Bioreactor Wastewater Treatment Plant The WWTP shall have minimum standard as below mentioned: Performance Criteria:
a) The WWTP must fit into a 20" container for transportation purposes.
b) The WWTP must be able to treat wastewater within the parameters below: Parameter Influent (max) Effluent
生物反應(yīng)器污水處理廠的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如下:性能標(biāo)準(zhǔn):

c)The plant shall be used for the treatment of human domestic waste sewage treatment with a three-chamber bioreactor for biological treatment with nitrification denitrification. With ability to treat 15 cubic meters of wastewater per day. The plant shall have a walkway for each access to all parts of the plant.

Installation and Site-Specific Conditions
a) The WWTP shall be robust and be suitable for installation in locations having soils with low bearing capacities such as Black Cotton Soils.
b) The WWTP manufacturer shall provide supervision of mounting, start-up, and commissioning.
c) The WWTP shall have two years warranty.

Construction and Material
a) The plant is presented on a skid-mounted unit, with dimensions of 4900x2250x2200 mm (LxBxH) (+5 mm of all dimensions). Please reference Annex 01. It constructively represents a rectangular non-insulated module made of stainless steel AISI 304.
b) The plant is installed on the frame and closed with a safety mesh, Both frame and fencing mesh are made of stainless steel AISI 304
c) Allocation of a walkway on one side of the plant provided for its maintenance. The walkway is made of galvanized steel and corrugated aluminum sheet.
d) The plant consists of:
a. settling-digestion chamber,
b. flowrate equalization chamber.
c. three-chamber bioreactor.

Equipment Specification
a) The settling-digestion chamber with sizes of 1160x1260x1500 mm (LxBxH)(5 mm of 21 all dimensions), must be equipped with a sludge level sensor for constant sludge level monitoring. an electromagnetic valve to enable primary sludge. recycling process, a medium-bubble aerator to ensure partial sludge recycling for improving the clarification process.
b) The equalization chamber, with sizes of 1160x1260x1500 mm (LxBxH)(+5 mm of all dimensions), must be equipped with a water level sensor and a submersible pump for wastewater feeding to the bioreactor.
c) The three-chamber bioreactor for biological treatment and nitri denitrification (hereinafter the Bioreactor), with sizes of 2320x1260x1500 mm (LxBxH)(+5 mm of all dimensions), must be equipped with carriers (media) for immobilization of microorganisms, aeration system to ensure optimal oxygen conditions.
d) The 1st hydrolysis-fermentation chamber must be equipped with:
A. fine-bubble aerators for saturation with oxygen
B. medium-bubble aerator for floating media mixing
C. floating media(Biochips)
e) The 2nd hetero-autotrophic nitri-denitrification chamber must be equipped with:
A. fine-bubble aerators for saturation with oxygen,
B. medium-bubble aerator for floating media mixing
C. floating media (Biochips).
f) The 3rd polishing chamber must be equipped with:
A. fine-bubble aerators for saturation with oxygen
B. block static media.
g) Air supply must be provided by a dry blower or a submersible compressor Air feeding pipelines must be supplied to distribute air within the whole Bioreactor.
h) All chambers of the Bioreactor must be equipped with air distribution pipelines, necessary fittings, and fixing elements.
i) The WWTP must be equipped with the control system. Power supply cable is to be connected to the control system.
j) Material - Stainless Steel: The stainless steel made plant guarantees the following benefits:
A. DURABLE: Stainless steel can last hundreds of years if selected correctly.
B. HYGIENIC: Stainless steel is easily cleanable and does not contaminate. The product it touches.
C. RECYCLABLE: Stainless steel is 99% recyclable without any loss in quality no matter how many times the process is repeated

a .用于氧氣飽和的細(xì)氣泡曝氣器
b .屏蔽靜態(tài)媒體。
g)空氣供應(yīng)必須由干式鼓風(fēng)機(jī)或潛水壓縮機(jī)提供。必須提供供氣管道，以便在整個生物反應(yīng)器內(nèi)分配空氣。
h)生物反應(yīng)器的所有室室必須配備配氣管道、必要的配件和固定元件。
I）污水處理廠必須配備控制系統(tǒng)?？刂葡到y(tǒng)需要連接電源電纜。
j)材料-不銹鋼:不銹鋼制造的工廠保證了以下好處:

HANDLING AND INSTALLATION MANUAL:
9.1. The vendor shall provide a detailed handling and installation manual in English with diagrams and pictures for ease of interpretation.
9.2. The manual shall also include handling measures to ensure that there is no damage to the WWTP during movement on rough terrain.

10. PACKAGING AND TRANSPORTATION:
10.1. The Vendor shall deliver the units to XX. The Vendor shall ensure that all goods are properly packed to withstａnd export shipment by surface, sea, and other modes as well as rough handling during transportation from origin to the destination.
10.2. The packing should provide suitable protection for convoy road movement across long distance
roads.

11. SPARE PARTS AND CONSUMABLES:
11.1 Each WWTP shall be provided with spare parts and consumables required for two (2) years of operation. The Vendor is to provide a list of spare parts and consumables for each imit.
11.2 Spare parts for each unit as applicable shall have at a minimum:
A. servicing pump,
B. equalization tank pump,
C. blower; control panel, and
D. frequency converter
11.3. Consumables for each unit as applicable shall have at a minimum:
E. Biopreparation for application in start-up acceleration and chemical loading reduction and for general application in settling - digestion chamber.
11. 零配件及消耗品:
11.1每個污水處理廠應(yīng)提供運(yùn)行兩(2)年所需的備件和消耗品。供應(yīng)商應(yīng)提供每個限額的備件和消耗品清單。

12.1. The bids will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria listed below.
