FT-103E solid-state instant tea free flow packing density tester

一.參照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Standard：

：GB/T18798-2013本部分規(guī)定了測(cè)定固態(tài)速溶茶自由流動(dòng)堆積密度和緊密堆積密度的儀器和設(shè)備、取樣、操作步驟和結(jié)果的計(jì)算。

According to the standard: GB/T18798-2013 the provisions of this part of the determination of solid instant tea flow freely bulkdensity and Compacted bulkdensity of the instruments and equipment, sampling, operating steps and the results of calculation.

本部分適用于固態(tài)速溶茶的自由流動(dòng)堆積密度固態(tài)速溶茶第5部分: 自由流動(dòng)和緊密堆積密度的測(cè)定； ISO6770：1982<<速溶茶自由流動(dòng)和緊密堆積密度的測(cè)定>>

This section applies to the free flow bulkdensity of solid instant tea and the fifth part of the solid instant tea: the measurement of free flow and Compacted bulk density;ISO6770: << instant tea the test of the free flow of instant tea and the Compactedly bulkdensity >>
二.定義definition：自由流動(dòng)堆積密度 free-flow bulk densities :在規(guī)定條件下，自由地傾倒進(jìn)一個(gè)容器后的質(zhì)量與體積的比值，

free-flow bulk densities: the ratio of the mass to the volume of freely pour into a container under the specified conditions
三.原理Principle：自由流動(dòng)堆積密度把樣品通過(guò)一個(gè)漏斗注入到一個(gè)已知體積和質(zhì)量的容器中，稱(chēng)量容器的內(nèi)物的質(zhì)量: the free flow of bulk density , pour the samples through a special funnel into a specific container which volume and mass is known, measure the weight of contents in the container.

四.參數(shù)資料：Technical Parameters
1. 漏斗上口徑：125mm*100mm；出口內(nèi)徑：20mm*10mm

Funnel top diameter：125mm*100mm, outlet inner diameter：20mm*10mm
2.與樣品接觸部分采用食用級(jí)不銹鋼制成.

The contact part with sample is made of edible grade SS.

3. 刮鏟Spatula：約120mm*20mm

4.滑板Skate：30mm*100mm
5.接料容器Receiving container：200ml
6.接料容器尺寸Receiving container dimensions：74mm*55mm*50mm

7.選購(gòu)天平Balance optional：0-2000g，精度accuracy 0.1g
