通過使用的Package-Port©系統(tǒng)的接口以及膠粘片和穿透測試探頭，一個泄漏緊密路徑形成，直接連接包裝內(nèi)部空間和BT-Intergra智能包材測試儀(爆破測試儀)。By using the patented Package-Ports© system of a port and adhesive disk along with the penetrating test probe, a leak-tight path is created to connect the package internal volume directly to the test instrument. The variable height clamp stand can be used to penetrate packages with the probe down or up to accommodate most package sizes.
包裝必須在接近中心點穿透。旁邊的圖形顯示Package-Port使用膠粘片密封包裝表面。穿透探頭外徑和Package-Port內(nèi)部密封，而探頭的內(nèi)徑和包裝內(nèi)部空間連通。通過氣源和探頭和儀器形成泄漏緊密路徑。符合ASTM測試標準。
