應用領域

應用于水生生物學與海洋生物學、潮間帶生態(tài)學、珊瑚研究、湖泊生態(tài)學等領域。原位測量珊瑚、

大型海藻、沉水植物生理活性的儀器。也可用于測量雨季陸生高等植物的光合活性??蓽y量微藻,但不太適合于自然水體中的浮游植物測量。

  • 測量光:藍光 LED(470 nm)或紅光 LED(655nm),光強 0.05 µmol m-2 s-1

  • 光化光:藍光 LED(470 nm)或紅光 LED(655nm),連續(xù)光強 3000 μmol m-2 s-1

  • 飽和脈沖:藍光 LED(470 nm)或紅光 LED(655nm),閃光強度 6000 μmol m-2 s-1

  • 遠紅光:發(fā)射峰值 735 nm。

  • 信號檢測:PIN-光電二極管,帶長通和短通濾光片,帶選擇性鎖相放大器。

  • 數(shù)據(jù)存儲:8M 存儲卡,可存儲 27000 組數(shù)據(jù)。
