排水板水平通水量測試儀操作規(guī)程：
★安裝試樣
將試件裁成約48cm長的試樣，兩頭的濾膜各除去lcm，將試件的4只角剪成45°倒角，并小心地裝入管狀乳膠膜內(nèi)。
把排水板連同乳膠膜通過工作容器的孔口送入容器，沿承托板從另一孔口送出，使法蘭盤兩端的外露長度為4cm左右。
用橡膠摯分別套住排水板的出露部分，使橡膠墊緊貼法蘭盤外側(cè)，并將乳膠膜翻轉(zhuǎn)包在橡膠墊上。另兩塊橡膠墊分別套住排水板的剩余出露部分，使乳膠膜的翻轉(zhuǎn)部分被央在橡膠墊之問。排水板的濾膜應超出橡膠墊。
通過4顆螺桿分別將進水平衡水箱和溢流甲衡水箱固定在工作容器上，均勻擰緊螺絲
