電腦全自動恒應力壓力試驗機使用與操作注意事項:
★ 使用前應先檢查油箱內(nèi)的油液是否充足，可察看右側(cè)面油標，如不足，則應打開后箱板向油箱內(nèi)添加之，至液面在油標處為宜。
★檢查各油灌接頭和緊固件是否松動，如有松動則擰緊之。檢查防塵罩應完整無損。檢查電氣接地、保險熔絲等安全防護措施是否有效。
★一次使用時，應先將回油閥打開，關閉回油閥，接通電源，按下啟動按鈕，油泵開始工作，然后關閉回油閥，徐徐打開送不油閥，活塞上升一段距離，有無卡住等現(xiàn)象。如有，則應卸荷、停機檢查，并排除之。打開回油閥，活塞則下降到原位。
★ 將試件表面擦拭干凈，檢查外觀有無明顯缺陷，如有能影響試驗數(shù)值者，須更換無損試件。
★按試件下壓板定位線框放在下壓板正中，并按試件大小，轉(zhuǎn)動手輪和絲杠，調(diào)節(jié)上壓板至適當位置。
★接通測控系統(tǒng)電源(開關在測控箱背后)，按操作步驟進行清零以及時鐘修改等各有關數(shù)據(jù)的輸入。
★按下啟動按鈕，關閉回油閥，調(diào)控送油閥，按需要速率平穩(wěn)進行加荷試驗，及至試件被壓碎，負荷下降。隨即打開回油閥，使油液迅速流回油箱。
★試驗結束時，按面板上“打印"鍵。打印機即可打印輸出該次的試驗報告。
★ 操作時，下壓板上升高度不得超過4cm(或立柱上標志線)，以免發(fā)生意外。
★ 操作中禁止手等人體任何部分置于上下壓板之間，并注意試件在破碎時碎片崩出傷人。
★試后隨即清除破碎試塊，以待下次試驗。當不再做試驗時，要打開回油閥，關閉送油閥，切斷電源。
Precautions for use and operation of automatic concrete pressure testing machine
★ Before use, check whether the oil in the fuel tank is sufficient. You can check the oil level on the right side. If it is insufficient, you should open the rear tank plate and add it to the fuel tank.
★ Check whether the oil fittings and fasteners are loose, and tighten them if they are loose. Check that the dust cover is intact. Check whether the safety protection measures such as electrical grounding and fuse are effective.
★ When used once, the oil return valve should be opened, closed, and the power should be turned on. Press the start button to start the oil pump, then close the oil return valve, slowly open the oil delivery valve, and the piston rises a distance. No jams and so on. If there is, it should be unloaded, stopped and checked, and excluded. Open the oil return valve and the piston descends to its original position.
★ Wipe the surface of the test piece clean and check for obvious defects in the appearance. If it can affect the test value, replace the non-destructive test piece.
★ Position the wire frame of the lower plate of the test piece in the middle of the lower plate. According to the size of the test piece, turn the handwheel and the screw to adjust the upper plate to the proper position.
★ Turn on the power of the measurement and control system (the switch is on the back of the measurement and control box), and follow the operation steps to clear the data and modify the clock.
★ Press the start button, close the oil return valve, regulate the oil delivery valve, and perform the loading test smoothly at the required rate until the test piece is crushed and the load is reduced. The oil return valve is then opened, allowing the oil to quickly flow back to the tank.
★ At the end of the test, press the "Print" key on the panel. The printer can print out the test report.
★ During operation, the height of the lower platen must not exceed 4cm (or the marking line on the column) to avoid accidents.
★ It is forbidden to place any part of the human body, such as hands, between the upper and lower pressure plates during operation, and pay attention to the fragmentation of the test piece when it is broken to hurt people.
★ After the test, the broken test block is cleared for the next test. When no longer doing the test, open the oil return valve, close the oil supply valve, and cut off the power.
