液壓打包機(jī)使用說明
一、安裝步驟
1、本機(jī)必須平穩(wěn)放在混凝土上，基礎(chǔ)視當(dāng)?shù)厍闆r決定。
2、檢查油箱底部放油口是否已關(guān)閉，確定關(guān)閉后再打開油箱頂部加油口密封蓋。
注入約60KG68#液壓油，液壓油排號視當(dāng)?shù)貧鉁丶笆褂脴?biāo)準(zhǔn)決定。[注！如果機(jī)型在60T以上，新機(jī)時(shí)必須分兩次注油，**次注入液壓油高度至油尺頂部（藍(lán)**線）。待壓板下壓至底部再加注液壓油至油尺底部（紅**線）詳細(xì)見操作說明4]
3、安裝好本機(jī)電源線,電壓及頻率視當(dāng)?shù)仉娫礇Q定，（注！電機(jī)和電器配件的電壓及頻率已按客戶訂購機(jī)器時(shí)的要求配置安裝好）常規(guī)采用三相四線制，其中三條帶電源線分別接入電相內(nèi)相應(yīng)的三個(gè)接線位，（圖7左）另一條為接地防漏電保護(hù)線，應(yīng)緊接機(jī)體外露金屬表面，以防電器漏電傷人。
二、液壓打包機(jī)操作方法：
1、通入電源：把電箱內(nèi)空氣開關(guān)（本機(jī)總開關(guān)）合上，先檢查三相電源電壓是否正常，（用儀表或探電筆測試）關(guān)閉電相門，查看電相門板表面紅色電源指示燈是否亮起。
2、啟動電機(jī)：把手動換向閥手柄（付圖3）往下推至*底位（機(jī)體附有操作圖標(biāo)），然后把啟動按鈕NO按下（圖5右下），（注：如裝有急停開關(guān)機(jī)型的請把急停開關(guān)按箭頭方向右旋，急停開關(guān)彈出即可），（圖5右上）如正常情況下電機(jī)啟動。
3、 檢看電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向：（圖8）電機(jī)啟動后，手動換向閥手柄在*下位時(shí)，如壓板不能往下移。這時(shí)請必須立即查看電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否正確，電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向必須按箭頭指示方向一致。如果電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向相反時(shí)則機(jī)器不能正常使用，這時(shí)應(yīng)把手動換向閥手柄往上拉至中檔位。然后按下停止按鈕OFF（或急停開關(guān)按下）停止電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。切斷輸入總電源，把三相電源線其中二相線互換再接上即可。再按操作1和2重新操作，（注！必須確定電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向是否與箭頭指示方向一致。）
4、注入油量的關(guān)?。寒?dāng)壓板正常往下移時(shí)，壓板在**次移動，移動速度是不均勻的。待壓板移至底部或移動中突然停止又或移動中噪聲加大，這種情況下應(yīng)先把手動換向閥手柄往上拉至中位，把停止開關(guān)OFF或急停開關(guān)按下，停止電機(jī)運(yùn)行。再仔細(xì)查看油箱儲油量是否足夠，如油量底于油箱高度一半時(shí)，證明油量不足，這時(shí)應(yīng)再次往油箱注入適當(dāng)液壓油。這次加油量應(yīng)加至油位尺*底界線（紅**線）即可。

液壓打包機(jī)使用說明：本機(jī)使用68#液壓油，連接電源三相380V，額定電流為25A，安裝時(shí)要有接地保護(hù)，電機(jī)要根據(jù)所示方向運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)才能啟用，否則不能啟動。油箱加入60公斤的液壓油方可啟動使用。但當(dāng)氣溫降低時(shí)液壓油濃度大，機(jī)內(nèi)的濾清器不能起到過濾作用，這時(shí)必須將濾清器拆出，待溫度恢復(fù)后，方可生新安裝使用。（注：濾清器應(yīng)每月清洗1-2次）。
溢流筏-控制該機(jī)的壓力開關(guān),旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)壓手轉(zhuǎn)向右轉(zhuǎn)為增壓，向左轉(zhuǎn)為減壓，出廠前已調(diào)整好壓力。但在使用過程中調(diào)壓手輪可能有變位現(xiàn)象，導(dǎo)致壓力升高或降低，這時(shí)需要生新調(diào)節(jié)壓力，調(diào)壓時(shí)應(yīng)在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中進(jìn)行，同時(shí)把壓板降至*低位置，調(diào)整溢流筏的調(diào)壓手輪，調(diào)整壓力不能高于或低于壓力表所示的范圍，*佳壓力的OMPA（100KG/1cm2）。旁桿-增強(qiáng)壓的剛性和起導(dǎo)向作用，每次使用前應(yīng)加油，起潤滑作用。
行程開關(guān)-控制該機(jī)的啟動和停止的作用，因此要經(jīng)常檢查、維修、保養(yǎng)。手動轉(zhuǎn)向閥-控制壓板向上向下，停止的開關(guān)。
