概述 Description
XSG系列旋轉(zhuǎn)閃蒸干燥機(jī)是我公司在引進(jìn)吸收技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，自行開發(fā)成功的新型干燥設(shè)備。該機(jī)技術(shù)*，設(shè)計(jì)合理，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，適用范圍廣，生產(chǎn)能力大，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量好，效率高，節(jié)能，在一個(gè)設(shè)備內(nèi)干燥、粉碎、篩分一次完成，消除環(huán)境污染，整機(jī)性能達(dá)到水平。閃蒸干燥機(jī)具有原來的軸承感應(yīng)冷卻（水冷卻），設(shè)計(jì)用（油冷卻）油泵聯(lián)接送油潤(rùn)滑、冷卻軸承，密封裝置性能優(yōu)異，在主軸設(shè)計(jì)上采用半環(huán)式，電機(jī)利用調(diào)速電機(jī)，傳遞平穩(wěn)、噪聲小，使用壽命是同類產(chǎn)品的10倍。

原理 Principle
熱空氣切線進(jìn)去干燥器底部，在攪拌器帶動(dòng)下形成強(qiáng)有力的旋轉(zhuǎn)風(fēng)場(chǎng)。膏狀物料由螺旋加料器進(jìn)入干燥器內(nèi)，在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)攪拌槳的強(qiáng)烈作用下，物料受撞擊、摩擦及剪切力的作用下得到分散，塊狀物料迅速粉碎，與熱空氣充分接觸、受熱、干燥。脫水后的干物料隨熱氣流上升，分級(jí)環(huán)將大顆粒截留，小顆粒從環(huán)中心排出干燥器外，由旋風(fēng)分離器和除塵器回收，未干透或大塊物料受離心力作用甩向器壁，重新落到底部被粉碎干燥。
The hot air enters into the bottom of the drier in tangent direction. Under the driving of the stirrer, a powerful rotating wind field is formed.The paste state materials enter into the drier through the screw charger. Under the powerful function of the stirring vanes at high-speed rotation, the materials are distributed under the function of strike, friction and shearing force. The block state mate-rials will soon be smashed and contact the hot air fully and the materials are heated and dried. The dried materials after the dewatering will g o up with the heatair flow. The step rings will stop and keep the big particles. Small particles will be discharged out of the drier from the ring center and will be restored by the whirl separator and dust remover. The not-fully-dried or big piece materials will be sent to the wall of the equipment by centrifugal force function and be smashed again after they fall down to the bottom.
