二、特點(diǎn)Characteristics

1. 顆粒在氣流中高速度分散呈懸浮狀態(tài)，氣固兩項(xiàng)間傳熱傳質(zhì)的有效性增大。同時(shí)由于采用脈沖管道，使得氣固兩項(xiàng)間的相對(duì)速度相差比較大，體積傳熱系數(shù)也較高，整體熱效率在流化干燥機(jī)中是較高的。

2. 脈沖氣流干燥設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、緊湊、體積小，整套機(jī)組造價(jià)相對(duì)較低。

3. 干燥時(shí)間極短(只有0.5—2秒)，適用于熱敏性物料。

4. 氣流干燥物料全過(guò)程都在管道中完成，產(chǎn)品不與外界接觸，污染小、質(zhì)量好，操作方便自動(dòng)化程度高、產(chǎn)品品相好。
