Duetta二合一系統(tǒng)不需要多臺(tái)掃描儀。除了傳統(tǒng)的熒光和吸收光譜模式，該系統(tǒng)還具有同時(shí)吸收-透射熒光激勵(lì)發(fā)射矩陣（A-TEEM），由于自動(dòng)進(jìn)行內(nèi)部濾波效應(yīng)校正，因此可以提供更好的分子指紋和擴(kuò)展的動(dòng)態(tài)范圍。

Simultaneous Fluorescence and Absorbance in one Spectrometer!

Duetta can be used as a fluorometer, as a UV-Vis-NIR spectrometer to measure absorbance, or as an instrument that measures true molecular fingerprints, which require the simultaneous acquisition of fluorescence and absorbance, correcting for IFE in real time.

Duetta’s ultra-fast, state-of-the-art CCD technology allows it to outperform, by orders of magnitude, any competitor using PMTs. It’s the fastest bench-top fluorometer in the world, and the only fluorometer that can acquire a full spectrum in less than 100 milliseconds! This state-of-the-art CCD technology also extends NIR wavelength detection to 1,100 nm, well beyond the limit of a standard PMT fluorometer.
