1.將設(shè)備放置在一靠近通風(fēng)位置良好的位置，并固定底部輪彀；
2.將白色聚四氟墊片放置在玻璃干燥塔的上沿，然后將玻璃干燥塔連同墊片頂在黑色法蘭盤上并放正，*后用黑色大卡箍夾緊；
3.將旋風(fēng)分離器頂進(jìn)有紅色高溫標(biāo)志的不銹鋼出風(fēng)感測(cè)處，并擺正，然后用中型卡箍將旋風(fēng)分離器和干燥塔連接；（不銹鋼感測(cè)可以左右移動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)，方便旋風(fēng)分離器和干燥塔更好的連接）
4.Jipad-2000ML噴霧干燥用小型卡箍將冷阱和玻璃干燥塔連接、卡緊；
5.用小型卡箍將收集瓶和旋風(fēng)分離器連接、卡緊；
6.以上裝配前需要將玻璃干燥塔、旋風(fēng)分離器、冷阱、收集瓶洗凈并烘干；
7.將排風(fēng)管連接好并**有紅色高溫標(biāo)志的不銹鋼出風(fēng)口感測(cè)的上沿，并保證排風(fēng)管的尾部對(duì)著通氣良好的地方，以防尾氣對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)人員造成傷害；
8.將噴頭清洗干凈，并烘干保證噴頭出氣，出液的暢通（進(jìn)料口及進(jìn)氣口應(yīng)用四氟生料帶纏緊密封）；
9.將噴頭**儀器的頂部噴霧口，并旋緊固定旋鈕；
10.用直徑小點(diǎn)的藍(lán)色PU氣管連接噴頭的上端及機(jī)殼右側(cè)邊上方的快速接頭，連接時(shí)保證藍(lán)色PU氣管插到底；
11.用直徑大點(diǎn)的藍(lán)色PU氣管連接噴頭側(cè)邊的快速接頭和右側(cè)邊上方的快速接頭，連接時(shí)保證藍(lán)色PU氣管插到底；
12.插上電源線，按下綠色開關(guān)按鈕（開機(jī)時(shí)，應(yīng)注意紅色急停處于通路狀態(tài)。彈起為開，按進(jìn)去為關(guān)閉），進(jìn)入工作界面，點(diǎn)擊蠕動(dòng)泵按鈕使蠕動(dòng)泵工作。此時(shí)將科研硅膠進(jìn)料管順著蠕動(dòng)泵轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)旋進(jìn)蠕動(dòng)泵，并用白色夾子固定進(jìn)料管。以上工作完成后將進(jìn)料管進(jìn)料的一端插在噴頭的進(jìn)料口（以不能輕易拔下為準(zhǔn)）；
13.關(guān)閉顯示屏上蠕動(dòng)泵按鈕使之停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)；
14.實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)，將進(jìn)料管進(jìn)料的一端至于樣品瓶中（實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中應(yīng)保證樣品不沉積，可在樣品瓶下部用磁力攪拌達(dá)到此目的，視樣品具體情況而定）；
15.進(jìn)入顯示屏工作界面，分別點(diǎn)開風(fēng)機(jī)、加熱器、空壓機(jī)、通針按鈕，點(diǎn)擊進(jìn)風(fēng)溫度按鈕設(shè)定工作所需溫度并確定（設(shè)定溫度時(shí)應(yīng)了解溶劑沸點(diǎn)及溶質(zhì)的熔點(diǎn)，溫度設(shè)定值應(yīng)高于溶劑的沸點(diǎn)并低于溶質(zhì)的熔點(diǎn)）；
16.帶溫度曲線趨于平穩(wěn)時(shí)，點(diǎn)擊蠕動(dòng)泵工作按鈕開始進(jìn)料，進(jìn)料速度視實(shí)驗(yàn)而定；
17.待試驗(yàn)完成后，關(guān)閉蠕動(dòng)泵、空壓機(jī)、通針、加熱器按鈕（注：此時(shí)禁止關(guān)閉風(fēng)機(jī)按鈕），待出風(fēng)溫度顯示低于30度時(shí)，風(fēng)機(jī)自動(dòng)關(guān)閉；
18.關(guān)閉電源，斷開電源線。依次取下收集瓶、冷阱、旋風(fēng)分離器、玻璃干燥塔，噴頭（斷開藍(lán)色PU氣管時(shí)應(yīng)將快速接頭的藍(lán)色部件按到底然后輕松將PU氣管拔下）；
19.收集好實(shí)驗(yàn)后的物料；
20.將玻璃部件及噴頭洗凈、烘干以便下次實(shí)驗(yàn)。
注：干燥塔、旋風(fēng)分離器、冷阱、收集瓶為易碎品，安裝、清洗、烘干時(shí)應(yīng)輕拿輕放。
