◆MCW表示程控托磨型機床, MKW表示數(shù)控托磨型機床, MCD表示程控頂磨型機床, MKD表示數(shù)控頂磨型機床。頂磨型機床可以磨削重型零件,操作簡便,效率高。
◆機床結構采用砂輪架移動式外圓磨床結構,工件只作旋轉運動,砂輪架拖板(Z軸)在拖板床身上作縱向往復運動,砂輪架(X軸)在拖板上作橫向進給運動,操作位置在拖板上的結構布局。MCW1 380A系列外圓磨床床身結構為工件床身與拖板床身鑄成一體,直徑800以上外圓磨床均采用工件床身和拖板床身分離結構。
◆拖板縱向Z軸傳動部分 為伺服電機驅動齒輪齒條傳動,部分長度5米以內(nèi)的數(shù)控型機床采用伺服電機驅動滾珠絲杠傳動。
◆砂輪架橫向X軸全部為伺服電機驅動滾珠絲杠傳動。
◆拖板縱向及砂輪架橫向導軌均采用卸荷式靜壓導軌,低速運動平穩(wěn)。
◆砂輪架主軸采用高剛性動靜壓主軸,回轉精度高,剛性好,磨削質(zhì)量高。
◆頂磨型機床頭架及尾架主軸均為旋轉式活主軸結構,主軸采用超精密滾動軸承支撐,稀油強力潤滑,定位精度高,承載大。頂磨型機床的回轉精度由頭、尾架主軸系選用的高精度軸承的精度保證,所以磨削質(zhì)量高。
◆頂磨型機床可選配四爪卡盤,可以實現(xiàn)一夾-頂?shù)姆绞竭M行磨削。
