密封要高得多：因此如何從設(shè)計上保證適當?shù)拿芊獗葔?，提高零件的形位公差以及提高表面光潔度要求是十分重要的?br> 2)球體表面硬度高：煤粉顆粒的硬度較高，此工況情形下，在閥門關(guān)閉的狀態(tài)時要求球體表面。

3)噴焊層結(jié)合強度高：煤粉在管線中的流動速度很快，因此要求球體密封面必須有較高的硬度。
和強度,同時還要求所噴焊的密封材料和基體材料有較高的結(jié)合強度，以及基體材料本身的強度較好，這樣噴焊層才不能從基體表面脫落，而失去密封性能。
