本機(jī)械為直線(xiàn)振動(dòng)式給料機(jī)，具有振動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、工作##、壽命長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn)，可為破碎機(jī)械連續(xù)、均勻喂料，并對(duì)物料進(jìn)料粗篩分，廣泛用于選礦、建材、硅酸鹽和化學(xué)工業(yè)中的破碎、篩分聯(lián)合設(shè)備。

根據(jù)設(shè)備性能要求，配置設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)盡量減少物料對(duì)槽體的壓力，倉(cāng)料的有效排口不得大于槽寬的四分之一，物料的流動(dòng)速度控制在6-18m/min.對(duì)給料量較大的物料，料倉(cāng)底部排料處應(yīng)設(shè)置足夠高度的攔礦板；為不影響給料機(jī)的性能，攔礦板不得固定在槽體上。為使料倉(cāng)能順利排出，料倉(cāng)后壁傾角##設(shè)計(jì)為55-65度。
