本條床墊生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)解決方案采用優(yōu)質(zhì)的不銹鋼材質(zhì)制作而成，使用壽命長(zhǎng)達(dá)10年以上?？梢詫?shí)現(xiàn)多層不同厚度床墊生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中自動(dòng)上料、自動(dòng)床墊復(fù)合、自動(dòng)檢測(cè)、自動(dòng)包裝等功能。自動(dòng)化程度高，一套流水線(xiàn)一天（10H）可以實(shí)現(xiàn)600個(gè)床墊的加工工作，大大節(jié)省了人工成本。

采用計(jì)算機(jī)智能控制系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)入 RFID 芯片技術(shù)，MES 管理系統(tǒng)及全自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，MES、WMS 等管理系統(tǒng)，結(jié)合機(jī)器人自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)，使生產(chǎn)無(wú)人化、智能化。
