 Anti-CD25抗體說明書

Quantity size:  0.2ml （dilute with pH 7.4    0.01 M PBS or diluent of antibody）

 

Background: CD25（IL2） receptor alpha （IL2RA） and beta （IL2RB） chains, together with the common gamma chain （IL2RG）, constitute the high-affinity IL2 receptor. Homodimeric alpha chains（IL2RA） result in low-affinity receptor, while homodimeric beta （IL2RB） chains produce a medium-affinity receptor. Normally an integral-membrane protein, soluble IL2RA has been isolated and determined to result from extracellular proteolyisis. Alternay-spliced IL2RA mRNAs have been isolated, but the significance of each is presently unknown.

Application:     · Western blotting: 1:100-500

· Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

 

Storage:   Store at –20 ºC for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20ºC. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 ºC.
