安全閥系列彈簧安全閥是啟閉件受外力作用下處于常閉狀態(tài),當(dāng)設(shè)備或管道內(nèi)的介質(zhì)壓力升高超過規(guī)定值時,通過向系統(tǒng)外排放介質(zhì)來防止管道或設(shè)備內(nèi)介質(zhì)壓力超過規(guī)定數(shù)值的特殊閥門。安全閥屬于自動閥類,主要用于鍋爐、壓力容器和管道上,控制壓力不超過規(guī)定值,對人身安全和設(shè)備運(yùn)行起重要保護(hù)作用。注安全閥必須經(jīng)過壓力試驗才能使用。安全閥系列
安全閥在系統(tǒng)中起安全保護(hù)作用。當(dāng)系統(tǒng)壓力超過規(guī)定值時,安全閥打開,將系統(tǒng)中的一部分氣體/流體排入大氣/管道外,使系統(tǒng)壓力不超過允許值,從而保證系統(tǒng)不因壓力過高而發(fā)生事故。
公稱壓力:表示安全閥在常溫狀態(tài)下的高許用壓力,高溫設(shè)備用的安全閥不應(yīng)考慮高溫下材料許用應(yīng)力的降低。安全閥是按公稱壓力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行設(shè)計制造的。
開啟壓力:安全閥系列彈簧也叫額定壓力或整定壓力,是指安全閥閥瓣在運(yùn)行條件下開始升起時的進(jìn)口壓力,在該壓力下,開始有可測量的開啟高度,介質(zhì)呈可由視覺或聽覺感知的連續(xù)排放態(tài)。
排放壓力:閥瓣達(dá)到規(guī)定開啟高度時的進(jìn)口壓力。排放壓力的上限需服從國家有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或規(guī)范的要求。
超過壓力:排放壓力與開啟壓力之差,通常用開啟壓力的百分?jǐn)?shù)來表示。
回座壓力:排放后閥瓣重新與閥座接觸,即開啟高度變?yōu)榱銜r的進(jìn)口壓力。
啟閉壓差:開啟壓力與回座壓力之差,通常用回座壓力與開啟壓力的百分比表示,只有當(dāng)開啟壓力很低時采用二者壓力差來表示。
背壓力:安全閥出口處的壓力。
額定排放壓力:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定排放壓力的上限值。
密封試驗壓力:進(jìn)行密封試驗的進(jìn)口壓力,在該壓力下測量通過關(guān)閉件密封面的泄漏率。
開啟高度:閥瓣離開關(guān)閉位置的實際升程。
流道面積:指閥瓣進(jìn)口端到關(guān)閉件密封面間流道的小截面積,用來計算無任何阻力影響時的理論排量。
流道直徑:對應(yīng)用于流道面積的直徑。
簾面積:當(dāng)閥瓣在閥座上方時,在其密封面之間形成的圓柱面形或圓錐面形通道面積。
排放面積:閥門排放時流體通道的小截面積。對于全啟示安全閥,排放面積等于流道面積;對于微啟式安全閥,排放面積等于簾面積。
理論排量:是流道截面積與安全閥流道面積相等的理想噴管的計算排量。
排量系數(shù):實際排量與理論排量的比值。
額定排量系數(shù):排量系數(shù)與減低系數(shù)(取0.9)的乘積。
額定排量:指實際排量中允許作為安全閥適用基準(zhǔn)的那一部分。
當(dāng)量計算排量:指壓力、溫度、介質(zhì)性質(zhì)等條件與額定排量的適用條件相同時,安全閥的計算排量。
頻跳:安全閥閥瓣迅速異常地來回運(yùn)動,在運(yùn)動中閥瓣接觸閥座。
顫振:安全閥閥瓣迅速異常地來回運(yùn)動,在運(yùn)動中閥瓣不接觸閥座。
安全閥結(jié)構(gòu)主要有兩大類:安全閥系列彈簧式和杠桿式。彈簧式是指閥瓣與閥座的密封靠彈簧的作用力。杠桿式是靠杠桿和重錘的作用力。隨著大容量的需要,又有一種脈沖式安全閥,也稱為先導(dǎo)式安全閥,由主安全閥和輔助閥組成。當(dāng)管道內(nèi)介質(zhì)壓力超過規(guī)定壓力值時,輔助閥先開啟,介質(zhì)沿著導(dǎo)管進(jìn)入主安全閥,并將主安全閥打開,使增高的介質(zhì)壓力降低。
安全閥的排放量決定于閥座的口徑與閥瓣的開啟高度,也可分為兩種:微啟式開啟高度是閥座內(nèi)徑的(1/20)~(1/40),全啟式是(1/3)~(1/4)。
