Background: Multidrug resistance-associated protein 1 （MRP1） is an ATP binding cassette （ABC） transporter, that confers resistance to many natural product chemotherapeutic agents and can transport structurally diverse conjugated organic anions. May participate directly in the active transport of drugs into subcellular organelles or influence drug distribution indirectly. Confers resistance to anticancer drugs. Transports LTC4. May protect milk against xenobiotics （By similarity）. Subcellular location at Membrane; multi-pass membrane protein. Tissue specificity: Lung, testis and peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Storage: Store at -20 ºC for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20ºC. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody, the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 ºC.
