噴漆廢氣產(chǎn)生于工件涂裝的噴漆工作臺(tái)，高壓空氣射出的油漆大部分留在工件上，其它的隨著廢氣帶出，形成漆霧粉塵。這些粉塵含量不高，粒徑較小，絕大部分在10μm以下，箱體外部的漆霧在風(fēng)機(jī)的吸力下進(jìn)入漆霧凈化處理箱，氣液分離器進(jìn)行氣水分離，分離后向箱內(nèi)行走，在行走的過(guò)程中，遇到多級(jí)過(guò)濾板,漆霧與過(guò)濾板進(jìn)行*飽和接觸，顆粒狀塵霧被過(guò)濾板吸附，余下的干凈尾氣通過(guò)網(wǎng)狀過(guò)濾器過(guò)濾后，再進(jìn)入活性炭吸附凈化箱，活性炭?jī)艋涫抢酶咝讲牧匣钚蕴课接袡C(jī)氣體能力強(qiáng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)來(lái)凈化空氣的?；钚蕴?jī)艋浞诌M(jìn)風(fēng)、活性炭過(guò)濾段和出風(fēng)段組成，有機(jī)廢氣從過(guò)風(fēng)口進(jìn)入箱體，凈化后的達(dá)標(biāo)尾氣在通風(fēng)機(jī)吸力下排向大氣。
