CHOK1細(xì)胞為轉(zhuǎn)化細(xì)胞系, 在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)上應(yīng)用較多, CHOK1細(xì)胞 染色體分布頻率是2n=22,系亞二倍體細(xì)胞。海星細(xì)胞庫保存CHO-K1細(xì)胞株,編號為TCO-C005,被廣泛地用于重組DNA蛋白的表達(dá)。
