本閥具有較完善的液壓系統(tǒng)和電氣控制系統(tǒng)，可手動(dòng)油泵即可關(guān)閉閥門。閥門可以全開、全閉，也可半開、半閉，運(yùn)用十分方便。
本閥液壓站和電氣控制箱可以裝在閥體上，也可以與閥體分離就近安裝，閥體可以水平布局，也可垂直安裝，可視現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件選擇。

工作原理 Working prin

1、常規(guī)工作：
(1)閥門開啟：?jiǎn)?dòng)電機(jī)帶動(dòng)油泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，液壓油經(jīng)濾網(wǎng)、油泵、單向閥、手動(dòng)截止閥進(jìn)入蓄能罐至額定壓力后停止。電磁閥通電，蓄能罐內(nèi)的壓力油經(jīng)高壓膠管進(jìn)入擺動(dòng)油缸(以下簡(jiǎn)稱油缸)的尾端，推動(dòng)活塞桿伸出，帶動(dòng)與之相連的連桿和閥軸，使蝶板旋轉(zhuǎn)開啟，液壓油從油缸的前部排出，經(jīng)調(diào)整閥，電磁換向閥流回油箱，實(shí)現(xiàn)可調(diào)的無(wú)級(jí)勻速開閥。隨之，蓄能罐充壓力油至額定壓力后油泵停止(參見液壓原理圖)。
(2)閥門關(guān)閉：切斷電磁閥電源(或反作用型即電磁閥通電)，蓄能罐內(nèi)的壓力油進(jìn)入油缸的前部，推動(dòng)活塞桿退回，液壓油從油缸尾端的快慢開角度調(diào)節(jié)桿，快關(guān)調(diào)速閥，慢關(guān)調(diào)速閥流回油箱，按預(yù)先調(diào)定的3個(gè)控制程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)關(guān)閥。
(3)任意位置停止：蝶閥在開啟或關(guān)閉過(guò)程中，切斷油缸的回油，蝶板即停止在任意位置(此功能不能調(diào)節(jié)流量使用)。
2、電動(dòng)油泵直接供壓力油開、關(guān)蝶閥：切斷蓄能罐內(nèi)的壓力油、關(guān)閉手動(dòng)形式上閥J1、J2(參見液壓原理圖)。啟動(dòng)電機(jī)、油泵的壓力油分別進(jìn)入油缸的后端或前部即可實(shí)現(xiàn)勻速開、閉蝶閥。
3、搖動(dòng)手動(dòng)油泵開、關(guān)蝶閥：(切斷蓄能罐內(nèi)的壓力油和關(guān)掉電動(dòng)油泵)電磁閥得電或失電，搖動(dòng)手動(dòng)動(dòng)油泵即可實(shí)現(xiàn)開、關(guān)蝶閥。
4、蓄能罐補(bǔ)壓力油：一般情況下，蓄能罐內(nèi)的油壓為額定值(上限值)，當(dāng)液壓系統(tǒng)在長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的工作狀態(tài)下，由于有極微量泄漏使油壓降至額定值(下限值)(仍高于工作油壓值)時(shí)，壓力控制器動(dòng)作，啟動(dòng)油泵電機(jī)進(jìn)行補(bǔ)壓力油。油泵啟動(dòng)間隔時(shí)間為：閥門通徑DN≤900大于300小時(shí)，DN≥1000大于500小時(shí)。
5、蝶閥、水泵聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)：當(dāng)電磁換向閥出現(xiàn)故障(換向失控)或誤操作時(shí)，聯(lián)鎖裝置即發(fā)出跳閘信號(hào)，使水泵停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
