一、進口氮氣減壓閥產(chǎn)品概述

進口氮氣減壓閥（Nitrogen pressure reducing valve），也叫氮氣調(diào)壓閥，是指用于氮氣介質(zhì)，通過調(diào)節(jié)彈簧壓力設(shè)定出口壓力、利用膜片傳感出口壓力變化，通過導閥啟閉驅(qū)動活塞調(diào)節(jié)主閥節(jié)流部位過流面積的大小，實現(xiàn)對壓縮空氣的減壓穩(wěn)壓功能。從流體力學的觀點看，減壓閥是一個局部阻力可以變化的節(jié)流元件，即通過改變節(jié)流面積，使流速及流體的動能改變，造成不同的壓力損失，從而達到減壓的目的。然后依靠控制與調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)，使閥后壓力的波動與彈簧力相平衡，使閥后壓力在一定的誤差范圍內(nèi)保持恒定。

二、進口氮氣減壓閥產(chǎn)品特征
1、用于壓縮空氣的管道介質(zhì)。

六、進口氮氣減壓閥安裝說明
1、氣體減壓閥安裝必須嚴格按照閥體上的箭頭方向保持和流體流動方向一致。如果氣體不清潔含有一些雜質(zhì)，必須在減壓閥的上游進水口安裝過濾器(我們建議過濾精度不低于0.5mm)。
2、為了操作和維護方便，氣體減壓閥一般直立安裝在水平管道上。
3、為了防止氣體減壓閥閥后壓力超壓，應在離閥出口不少于4M處加裝一個減壓閥。
4、減壓閥閥前和閥后必須裝截止閥，更換或者維修時開關(guān)氣體用
5、氣體如果有冷凝水的話，需要裝汽水分離器，防止冷凝水對減壓閥活塞或者膜片的損壞。

Sixth, the installation of imported nitrogen pressure reducing valve
1. The gas pressure reducing valve must be installed in strict accordance with the direction of the arrow on the valve body and the direction of fluid flow. If the gas is not clean and contains some impurities, the filter must be installed at the upstream inlet of the pressure reducing valve (we recommend a filtration accuracy of not less than 0.5mm).
2. For ease of operation and maintenance, the gas pressure reducing valve is generally installed upright on a horizontal pipe.
3. In order to prevent pressure overpressure after the gas pressure reducing valve, a pressure reducing valve should be installed at not less than 4M from the valve outlet.
4. The pressure reducing valve must be equipped with a shut-off valve before and after the valve, and the switch gas should be used for replacement or maintenance.
5. If the gas has condensed water, it needs to be equipped with a steam separator to prevent the condensate from damaging the piston or diaphragm of the pressure reducing valve.
