用途

移動(dòng)整粒機(jī)，把進(jìn)料口與濕法制粒機(jī)出料口對(duì)接，開(kāi)機(jī)工作后，濕顆粒在整粒機(jī)腔體內(nèi)，經(jīng)過(guò)整粒刀的撞擊、切割，從篩網(wǎng)孔排出出料口可配真空管道，將物料輸送到沸騰干燥機(jī)。

APPLICATION

原理

物料進(jìn)入到圓錐型篩網(wǎng)腔體內(nèi)，旋轉(zhuǎn)刀對(duì)物料進(jìn)行整粒，并使物料顆粒通過(guò)篩網(wǎng)孔迅速排出，最終產(chǎn)品排放到整粒機(jī)的底部。其轉(zhuǎn)子可以根據(jù)不同物料的性質(zhì)的需要改變轉(zhuǎn)速，顆粒大小由篩網(wǎng)孔徑、葉輪類(lèi)型和轉(zhuǎn)速?zèng)Q定。形狀分布可通過(guò)改變篩網(wǎng)規(guī)格確定。

PRINCIPLE
