　　VSI系列高效立軸式破碎機(jī)(新型制砂機(jī))是引進(jìn)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合國內(nèi)制砂生產(chǎn)方面的實(shí)際情況，研發(fā)生產(chǎn)具有國內(nèi)高水平的高效制砂設(shè)備。該設(shè)備尤其適宜為高層建筑、高速公路(鐵路)建設(shè)、市政工程、大型水利設(shè)施、混凝土攪拌等諸多領(lǐng)域提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的砂石骨料。

　　VSI series high-efficiency vertical shaft crusher (new type sａnd making machine) is a kind of high-efficiency sａnd making equipment with domestic leading level based on the introduction of foreignadvanced technology and combined with the actual situation of domestic sａnd making production. Theequipment is especially suitable for high-rise buildings, highway (railway) construction, municipalengineering, large water conservancy facilities, concrete mixing and many other fields to provide high-quality aggregate.

　　工作原理/working principle

　　物料落入進(jìn)料斗，經(jīng)中心進(jìn)料孔進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的甩輪，這甩輪內(nèi)被迅速加速，其加速度可達(dá)數(shù)十倍重力加速度，然后高速從甩輪出，首先與反彈后自由下落的，另一部分物料進(jìn)行撞擊，然后一起沖擊到物料襯層(石打石)或反擊塊(石打鐵)上，被反彈斜向上沖擊到渦流腔的頂部，又改變其運(yùn)動(dòng)方向，偏轉(zhuǎn)向下運(yùn)動(dòng)，又與從葉輪流道發(fā)射出來的物料撞擊形成連續(xù)的物料幕。這樣，一塊物料這渦流破碎腔內(nèi)受到兩次至多次機(jī)率撞擊、摩擦和研磨破碎作用。被破碎的物料由下部排料口排出。

　　The material falls into the feeding hopper and enters the high-speed rotating throwing wheel throughthe central feeding hole. The throwing wheel is accelerated rapidly, and its acceleration can reach tens oftimes of the gravity acceleration. Then itshoots out from the throwing wheel at high speed. First, itcollideswith another part of the material that falls freely after rebound, and then it strikes the material lining (stone)or counterattack block (stone iron) together, When itis rebounded, it impacts the top of the vortex cavityobliquely upward, changes its movement direction, deflects downward, and collides with the materialemitted from the impeller passage to form a continuous material curtain. In this way, a piece of material inthe vortex crushing chamber is subjected to two or more times of impact, friction and grinding. Thecrushed material is discharged from the lower discharge port
