On the basis of maintaining the main functions of LGZ series products such as solid-liguid separation scraper discharging.PGD series bagging scraper lower discharging centrifuge has added the function of removing residual cake layer by bagging, and the removalrate can reach more than 99%. The cross-mixing batches of product separation between different batches were avoided, and the effect of residual cake layer on the filtration rate was solved. lt is mainly used in solid-liquid separation process in pharmaceutical,food,chemical and new energy industries。
工作原理
Operating principle
待分離的物料經(jīng)進(jìn)料管加入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，在離心場(chǎng)的作用下，物料經(jīng)濾布實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)濾，液相經(jīng)出液管排出，固相則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)。當(dāng)物料被加滿時(shí)，停止進(jìn)料，對(duì)濾餅進(jìn)行洗滌，同時(shí)將洗滌液濾出。離心機(jī)繼續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn)，對(duì)濾餅進(jìn)行甩干。濾餅達(dá)到分離要求后，離心機(jī)降速，通過(guò)刮刀將濾餅刮下從底部排出機(jī)外。離心機(jī)再降速，氣動(dòng)拉袋裝置上下往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，將殘余濾餅抖落，實(shí)現(xiàn)濾餅的清除從而實(shí)現(xiàn)濾布再生。
The material to be separated is added into the high-speed rotating centrifuge drum through the feed tube.Under the action of centrifugal field the material is filtered through the filter cloth,the liquid phase is discharged through the outlet tube,ａnd the solid phase is intercepted in the drum.When the material is full,stop feedingwash the cakeａnd flter out the washingliquidThe centrifuge continued to rotate and the cake was dried After the fiter cake meets the separation requirement, the centrifuge reduces the speed and scrapes the fiter cake down from the bottom and discharges it out of the machine through the scraper.The centrifuge reduces the speed againａnd the pneumatic bag pulling
device moves up and down to shake off the residual filtercakeso as to realizethe complete removal of the filter cake thereby realizing the regeneration of the ffiter cloth
