二、 LMC長袋脈沖袋式除塵器工作原理

　　LMC長袋脈沖袋式除塵器主要由上箱體、中箱體、灰斗、卸灰系統(tǒng)、噴吹系統(tǒng)和控制系統(tǒng)等幾部分組成，并采用下進(jìn)氣分室煙氣凈化結(jié)構(gòu)。含塵煙氣由進(jìn)風(fēng)口經(jīng)中箱體下部進(jìn)入灰斗；部分較大的塵粒由于慣性碰撞、自然沉降等作用直接落入布袋除塵器灰斗，其它塵粒隨氣流上升進(jìn)入到袋式收塵器各個濾袋室。經(jīng)除塵濾袋過濾后，塵粒被阻留在除塵布袋外側(cè)，凈化后的氣體由濾袋內(nèi)部進(jìn)入脈沖除塵器上箱體，再通過提升閥、出風(fēng)口、通過引風(fēng)機(jī)達(dá)標(biāo)排入大氣。灰斗中的粉塵定時或連續(xù)由螺旋輸送機(jī)及剛性葉輪卸料器卸出。隨著過濾過程的不斷進(jìn)行，除塵器濾袋外側(cè)所附積的粉塵不斷增加，從而導(dǎo)致袋布袋除塵器本身的阻力也逐漸升高。當(dāng)阻力達(dá)到預(yù)先設(shè)定值時，脈沖清灰控制器發(fā)出信號，首先令一個布袋除塵器袋室的提升閥關(guān)閉以切斷該室的過濾氣流，然后打開電磁脈沖閥，壓縮空氣由氣源順序經(jīng)氣包、脈沖閥、噴吹管上的噴嘴以極短的時間（ 0.065～0.085秒）向除塵濾袋噴射。壓縮空氣在箱內(nèi)高速膨脹，使濾袋產(chǎn)生高頻振動變形，再加上逆氣流的作用，使濾袋外側(cè)所附塵餅變形脫落。在充分考慮了粉塵的沉降時間（保證所脫落的粉塵能夠有效落入灰斗）后，提升閥打開，此布袋除塵器袋室濾袋恢復(fù)到過濾狀態(tài)，而下一袋室則進(jìn)入清灰狀態(tài)，如此直到袋室清灰完畢 為一個周期。 LMC長袋脈沖袋式除塵器是由多個獨(dú)立的室組成的，清灰時各室按順序分別進(jìn)行，互不干擾，實(shí)現(xiàn)長期連續(xù)運(yùn)行。上述清灰過程均由脈沖清灰控制器進(jìn)行定時或定壓自動控制。
